Delivery & Returns
1) If you change your mind or wish for any other reason to return an item we offer a 30 day money back guarantee.
Items must not be intentionally used and then returned. If items are damaged they must be from a manufacturing error rather than user error. If there is suspicion of foul play we will not refund. For items that are not required, or not used, please send the item back for a full refund, as we have paid the cost of shipping the item out to you, you as the buyer will be responsible for the return postage costs back to us.
2) If in the unlikely event an item is faulty/defect or if the order is not correct please notify us within 30 days or you can call our customer service team on +44 (0)1902 303934.
We will deal with the complaint courteously and efficiently we will try our hardest to put things right. We may require you to return items or we might wish to arrange collection, in these circumstances the shipping costs will be met by ourselves. If we are at fault we will be the first to admit it and you will be offered a full refund, or if you prefer, replacement of the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please put a note in the return package stating the reason for return. For example, No longer required, damaged item, Wrong size etc. and if you require a refund or replacement. Please provide original invoice or order proof.
